General Return Policy

We want you to be happy during your shopping experience with us, and we know that from time to time, items need to be returned. You'll find that we are relatively relaxed about returns and will make every effort to process every return. Please see the below policies for information about returning virtual and physical products.


Activation / License Codes / Virtual Products

In most cases, virtual products like license and activation codes can be returned for a full refund. If there is situation where you must return a license code, we will submit the request, but cannot guarantee that it will be approved by the manufacturer. If approved, please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for some manufacturers to deactivate the license(s) and issue a refund. Please ensure (and double-check) that the license(s) you are purchasing is/are the correct license(s) for your product(s). Please contact us if you need assistance picking the correct license(s).


Hardware / Physical Products

You may return hardware / physical products within 30 days of delivery, determined via the tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you are returning an opened and/or registered product, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as we will not longer be able to resell the product as new, and may also need to spend time repackaging and resetting the product. Items may only be returned with a valid RMA number. All other returns will not be accepted. If an item is returned without an RMA number, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. DO NOT refuse a package without prior consent from our returns department. Unauthorized refused packages may be subject to the 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges which 1 Stop Computer Shop incurs as a result of the refusal. If you need to make a return, and to obtain an RMA number, please use the contact form on our contact page. Be sure to include your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. If your order is shipped via our free ground shipping option, your refund may be reduced by the shipping cost incurred by us on the original shipment.
